What is ToonTown XD?

ToonTown XD is a community server for Disney's now-closed online game, Toontown Online.

Will I have to pay a monthly membership?

No its free!!!!  everyone can access all areas and activities within the game

When will it be released to everybody?

Toontown is now released to ALL!
